Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you love your order. However, we understand that occasionally a return may be necessary.

Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your parcel. This means you must contact us within 5 days of delivery to request a return. To begin the process, please email mjeddesigns36@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

To support sustainable business practices, a $7 restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This amount will be deducted from your issued store credit.

For your convenience, we offer two return locations:

• Canadian orders must be returned to our Canadian return address.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps.

All returned items must be in original condition unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags and security labels attached.

Please note:

We do not offer refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit, processed within 7 business days of receiving your return. Processing times may be slightly extended during peak periods.

Exceptions & Final Sale Items

• No store credit will be issued for clearance items, items under $69, or final sale items.
• Special orders and custom-made pieces are final sale and non-returnable
• Gift cards are non-refundable
